Regular Council Meetings
Regular Council meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at the Municipal Office, #8 Front Street. If the third Monday falls on a civic or statutory holiday, the meeting will be rescheduled to the following regular workday — typically Tuesday. Please refer to the agenda (linked below) for any updates or changes in location. |

Speaking to Council as a Delegation:
If you or your group would like to speak at a Council meeting, you must submit a request in advance, as outlined in Procedural Bylaw 200-23.
Here’s what’s required:
The request must be in writing
Deadline: Submit your request to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) by 4:00 p.m., at least five business days before the meeting date.
Note: The CAO may accept late requests if the matter is urgent.

- Clearly state the topic you want to speak about
- Include a brief summary of what you’ll present (up to 5 pages)
- Provide the full name(s) of the speaker(s)
- Include contact information: mailing address, email, and phone number
- If you're representing an organization, include its name
