The Summer Village of White Sands is inviting proposals for the design, fabrication, and installation of two (2) community event signs within the municipality.
This project aims to enhance communication of local events and community information through attractive, durable, and functional signage. While similar in purpose to nearby community signs, the Municipality is open to creative design concepts that reflect the character of White Sands.
The successful proponent will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, materials, installation, and coordination of required utility locates. Final sign locations will be determined by Council following the proposal award.

Request for Proposals: Multi-Purpose Hall Janitorial Services
The Summer Village of White Sands is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide janitorial services for the Municipal Multi-Purpose Hall.
This contract includes:
The Municipality is open to flexible arrangements regarding cleaning supplies (contractor-supplied, municipal-supplied, or a combination).
This is an open-ended contract beginning upon execution, with a 120-day written termination clause.
We are looking for a reliable contractor who can help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for community use.
